A World of a Difference!
Just in case you havn't figured it out yet . . . I'm not doing a very good job of updating this blog . . .
Well, so I'll make it official . . .
I'll update it when I get a chance! :-)
Anyway, things are going great!
I can't begin to tell you how good!
I am unofficially down to 378lbs and have more energy than I have had in years!
I have been in for three fills (a total of 6cc's in my 10cc ring) and have had little or no problem. Every now and then I will fail to chew everything well enough, swallow to much too quickly, or get a pocket of air in my stomach. On those occasions, I walk around a little and see if that clears things out. If it doesn't, then I have to hit the restroom and let nature run its course. Fortunatly, that doesn't happen very often.
The side benefit of loosing the weight, and regaining the energy, is that I am once again on top of my game at work. I had, over several years, lost the spark that made me a success at work. Don't get me wrng, I still got my work done, but it was a strain on me physically and mentally. People at work had noticed the drop-off. Just like in my private life, folk at work were concerned.
Well, the old me is back! I am cranking out the work, going above and beyond what is asked, and expected, and once again making waves! There's a world of difference between me at this time last year, and me now!
I can't begin to tell you how happy that makes me!
